First Straight Razor purchase ( let me know if I did alright I'm on a budget )

Title says it all this was my first straight razor purchase I have very little knowledge of this lost art, hope it will do, some advice I got was to purchase an older razor like this before I spent real money on one. Let me know what you think or if you just have any knowledge of this razor. I appreciate it guys.

It's a pretty good bet that you did well. There are things that don't show in pictures like blown tempers, but that is very unlikely. It looks like a fine razor and will likely last at least your lifetime.

Supposed to be coming shave ready if not I know a shop that hones nearby

Good luck. Go slow, that razor looks good. The important thing is that it got professionally horned and the blade is sharp. Also , don’t forget to strop before each shave.
