Strop

What is the heaviest grade of sandpaper you can use on a strop to get minor cuts out? And in doing so will it have a negative impact on the razor? Thank you.

As stated need to see pics, if they are not bad nicks/cuts you could just sand those spots, I sanded my entire strop with 600 grit and then worked up an heavy lather with a quality soap and brushed it on, I figured with all the lubricants in the soap it would be okay for the strop plus I saw a vid of someone doing this. It turned out ok but did affect the draw

The type of leather matters as well. Latigo is very forgiving of sandpaper. That is why I am so quick to recommend it for a first strop.

IMHO don't bother. It won't make any difference.

Keep stropping as is and it will keep delivering.

I have used a fingernail file-emery board to sand them out several times if not too bad. It works as well as anything else.
