With no markings on it, I would lean towards it being a Soviet copy of a Gillette Knack. The TTO knob isn't right for a Knack. eBay has quite a few Soviet razors made to look like the Knack, Slim Twist and Super Adjustable razors from Gillette. Search "Russian razor" and you'll see some examples.
Looks like a knock off of an English Gillette G-2000.
It should have some markings somewhere. These were made in a number of countries (US, UK, Mexico, maybe others too)

Looks more like a Super Slim Twist, but I think it should have some kind of markings under the head at least:

I found a little England engraving on the bottom
I have an English made Gillette knack that looks just like this.
The Knack wasn't made in England. Those were made in the US, not sure if in Mexico as well. But they're different than the English Slim Twist and Super Slim Twists.

Mexico mainly did blades production for South America.
Knacks have standard dating markings, made from 1968-1971 in the U.S. with date marks N through R.
