Just depends who you want to appeal to. I would say that your best options are here, in the "appropriate" forum, or in the contributor's corner.

If it's shaving related, I'd do it here. More of the newbies are going to see it and be able to participate. Rules are gentleman based, be equal, be fair, and make it fun.
Thanks for doing a PIF, I always like seeing members creating fun PIF's. I earned a razor off one that I'm still using today (Goodwill Gillette) when I was new. It was my very first razor.
