What did you have for breakfast today?

I had a scone, banana and tea. The honey and pican scone was baked by Scone Henge. It was delicious with butter and "Traditional English Raspberry Curd" from Harrogate Fine Foods. The tea (no milk or sugar) was Barry's Irish Breakfast Tea. I don't know where the banana came from, but it was good.
Fried eggs (over medium), bacon, english muffin - same as every morning. Not that anyone, as you say, cares

after facebook no one cares that you don't want to know..........
I threw an apple, a banana, some blueberries, and some plain yogurt in a blender---and ate the resulting goo.
Bowl of Post Great Grains, with Almond milk, 1 slice of toast with PB and Strawberry Jam, sm glass of Almond milk.

3 eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns, and toast. The eggs and potato got some of my home made Sriracha sauce on them.

Despite the fact nobody cares, I had cornflakes 
Cherry strudel that my wife made last night, black coffee. I know, should have done better, but it beckoned me as soon as I walked into the kitchen.
I've never had strudel where I didn't think I was doing VERY well. The best ones are a bit chewy.
A bowl of steel cut oats with flaxseed meal, cinnamon, raisins and dried cranberries, home made whole wheat bread with almond butter (home made) and a cold glass of OJ.
Chicken tacos (crunchy shell.)
Scrambled eggs with chopped mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic and hot sauce.
