I just have a link to my wiki page for my den, some pictures and stuff. My work email sig is "there are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary, and those who don't"

Here, it's pretty simple.

Here's the one from another board though that's related to B&B:

><((((º>¸.·´¯`·.&#18 4; ><((((º>¸.·´¯`·.&#18 4; ><((((º> ¸.·´¯`·.¸ ><((((º>¸.·´¯`·.&#18 4; ><((((º>¸.·´¯`·.&#18 4; ><((((º>¸.·´¯`·.&#18 4; ><((((º>

It's a quote from Wesley Salmon which I like for two reasons:

1) It really is difficult to believe in something quite as abstract as the empty set.

2) As an open atheist I sometimes hear the comment from Psalms about "the fool hath said in his heart there is no god" - which is just astonishingly asinine. It's nice to take a piece of nonsense and turn it to making a sensible point.

That's why it's one of my favourite quotes.
I may be wrong - it's never happened before but it's possible.

I wish I could say mine was original but I saw it somewhere else . . . and pinched it.

It fits me well though as I am quite sarcastic and people rarely know if I'm being serious or taking the mick.

There's one forum I post on where everyone appears to have had a sense of humour bypass and wouldn't know sarcasm if it hit them on the head with a sock full of pool balls.

A sar-chasm, if you like.

Currently I include in my sig:

My name, as I often get referred to as "Sol", I don't mind, but sometimes I miss something addressed to me
A link to my HOF - I saw someone else include it in theirs and added it to mine, though I'll probably drop it soon.
A link to my Wiki - I used to have my name link to it, but again, same as HOF, I saw someone else use it and thought it was a great idea
Two of my favorite quotes - one one to keep perspective in the right place, and one to encourage
and a quote from the Horton Hears A Who that had me laughing all the way through the movie and back home (30 minutes away)
After Monday and Tuesday, even the rest of the week goes W T F

Mine is one of the closing lines from "King Solomon's Mines" that serves to remind me that when all is said and done, it's just shaving.

There's not much to explain. I like playing with fire and most of the time it works out, so it's become kind of a personal motto.

Why don't we "Tell what's my sig - avatar - nick?".
It would be more amusing

Stephen Fry said it on Q.I. last year as an aside and I thought it was funny. And apropos.
"Well, if we took the bones out it wouldn't be crunchy, would it?

That goes right along with the "4 out of 3 people have problems with fractions" T-shirt my son has.

But there really are only 10 kinds of people where binary is concerned, since 10 in binary = 2 in decimal.

I teach American history and US Government in the "hood" or inner city of Westside Phoenix. The "Vatos" in my class dubbed me a O.G., Which means Original Gangster (the highest compliment for gang member). Since I was so "down" with the Social Studies Knowledge. Luckily they told me.. that I never had to worry about my car or my safety. They had my back "para vida" for life.

Get with that music "Ese."

I "borrowed" mine from a game rulebook actually. I apply it to most things in my life and it prety much speaks for itself. No need for excuses, if you love doing soemthing, that's all the reason you need to do it. Hobbies, sports, pastimes, etc...
