Default The Vintage Scent Shop grand opening

    Hello gentlemen.

It is my honor to announce the grand opening of my store in the world wide web.
This idea came to me after start selling some "444" aftershave balm tubes. I think by having a website dedicated to the rare products I sell, all of you can browse products and see what I'll be having for you.
Although it doesn't have much products now, I'll be focused on providing you a variety of more and more different products. I hope this month I'll have some news regarding "Musgo Real" products, which I know all of you fancy so much.

    The address is http://www.vintagescent.com/

    Thank you

Default New Shipping Prices from The Vintage Scent

    Hello B&B members,

We have new shipping prices for you. Now, it's easier and cheaper to buy items from the Vintage Scent store.
Go to the Vintage Scent website - http://www.thevintagescent.co.cc - and click in "How to Order". You'll see that there are two distinct tables - the first one contains the shipping prices by weight and the second one by size. To get a better shipping price, you can choose which shipping price table to use. You can save on the shipping cost f you order lighter and larger items using the first table. If you buy small but heavy items, such as an aftershave in glass bottle, you'll be better off choosing the second table. Either ways, drop me a line and I'll help you choose the best kind of package suited for you.

    Thank you

My niche market is to sell to you these rare products. I am not interested in selling brands that are sold everywhere. An example of that is Musgo Real. It's a famous brand from my own country, but I won't sell it because it's in the mainstream market, you can get it anywhere, so why should I be just one more seller of a product that is available everywhere?
That's why I have few products. I only sell what I feel that's interesting and rare. I'm researching some more products to put it in the website.
In conclusion, my website is not mainstream. I like to think of it as an alternative shop were you can find some cheap, nice and different wet shaving products.
But, what particular Musgo Real product are you looking at? I can see if I can get it.
    Best regards

Musgo Real is not THAT easy to find. You might do very well by adding it, if you can be competitive on shipping ...

I agree. Many times I'll select a vendor based on the variety of products he carries. If everything (or at least more than one thing) I'm looking for is sold by the same vendor, that means fewer shipping charges for me. Just my two cents. Best of luck in your new venture.

    Default Semogue Badger Brushes

    Gentlemen,

At last I have for you something I've being waiting for so long. It took months, but finally I have a catalog of badger brushes made in a small family run factory in the northern region of Portugal. The brand is "Semogue" and they make brushes with badger hair. It was very difficult for me to convince the owner to give me a digital catalog of his best brushes but he finally gave me.
I've been updating my site, I created a new section called "Shaving Brushes" that contain some models of this brand. They have also some brush stands for sale too.

    Check it out here.

    Thank you
    Best regards

Default Semogue Shaving Brush with Oak Handle

    Hello gents,

Due to popular demand, I phoned Semogue manager and ask him if he could make the silvertip brush (model # 730) with the Portuguese oak handle. He told me yes he could and that the price would be lower: 29.95 Euros.

    Thank you
