I'm sorry you are having problems with your hosting company and I sympathize with your frustration. Hopefully the outage won't last much longer.

I never talk down, and I'll never will, about anyone or anything, but a hosting company shouldn't be down for so many hours without clearly giving detailed explanation on what's going on.
I can't cope with this. I guess I'll need to look for alternative web hosting companies.

I'm sorry for all this trouble, but there's nothing I can do. We'll have to wait.

I think someone forgot to pay the electric bill.

I've never seen a hosting site down so long. Sounds like bizarre-host.com is not the place to purchase your hosting services needs. Disgraceful

Indeed. I didn't want to say the name of the hosting company because that's just not me - I never talk down about anyone or anything, but this is far more than I can stand. I'm losing customers, orders, money and patience with my website being down for the last days. It sometimes is up for a couple of hours, but it doesn't last long. Oh, and the support is null, none, they don't care about my emails, complaints and trouble tickets issued.
I'll be definitely looking for another hosting company.
Once again, sorry for all this trouble.
    Best regards

It happens sometimes. I've learned in my life, and am reminded often that sometimes things go unexpectedly and you just have to try and roll with the punches. Won't lose my order at least, really looking forward to it!

    I wish...
The tubes are gone for more than a month and there isn't any supplier left with Lavanda on stock. I even have suppliers calling directly to Claus Porto to try to order some more, but either the cream is definitely gone forever or it is taking a while to restock it and send it to the suppliers.
I'm calling every week to know if there are news about this.
    Best regards

The owner of the drugstore where I buy Lavanda said that he heard the rumor that Ach Brito had discontinued the cream...

Hi Henrique. That's right, it is not a rumour. An unofficial source from Ach. Brito told me that they have stopped the production of Lavanda shaving cream by the time they merged with Confianca. They are still yet to decide what to do next.

We can always count on Ach Brito for not caring a damn on the portuguese market.

    Default Website moving

    Hello gentlemen,

As you may noticed, my website has been up and down for the last two weeks and I wasn't told what was going on.
Yesterday I just received this message from the hosting company:

Today is a sad day for all of us,

I would first like to apologize about the recent problems with down times and latency/no reply to tickets/e-mails.
There have been so many problems lately that I will not even try to explain them.

All these problems have caused us to reconsider our place in this market and as our funds have run out trying to solve the problems we have no other choice but to close down.
We are of course sad about this, as on May 16 we celebrate 6 years in business!

So, I looked for a hosting company that is reliable and offered a plan suited for my business. After receiving the budget, I am now moving to a new host that will provide you a faster and more reliable website.
However, it might take a while for me to set up all the shop again. I hope in a few days the new shop will welcome you all. I'll keep you posted.

    Thank you
    Best regards

That really sucks...so much hard work to get a site up and running in the first place, then you have to deal with shoddy service, THEN you have to do it all over again. I can't wait to see the new site, and to place an order. Good luck and hope things get moving for you soon Leon.

    Default I'm back!

    Hi folks,

After a long week of hard work moving the site, the shop is back online.
I'm also proud to announce that I have available for you two new ranges of products from the classic Portuguese brand «Confiança». They are «O Melhor» which means «The Best» and «Veleiro» which means «Sail Boat». These two brands are highly regarded here in Portugal, so they're the perfect items for my little shop.

    Have fun

    Leon
