Leather DE razor head protectors

Has anyone seen/purchased one of these leather head covers sheaths from etsy/amazon etc?
Any good, waste of money... I really have no reason to protect it while travelling but maybe I am wrong.

I really need to get one for my razors for when I travel.

+1. I knew I forgot something on my last online order.

I don't know about a head cover but I use this http://www.westcoastshaving.com/Merkur-Double-Edge-Razor-Travel-Case_p_517.html to keep my vintage slim adjustable safe and scratch free...

It's only as important as you think your razor is.

I always carry my razor disassembled when traveling, so I don't know if they are worth a purchase or not.

I have the leather travel case from WCS; it's served me well.

I made one out of the palm of a leather glove. Works great!

I have the Muhle plastic one, but I prefer head covers to sleeves because I, like shavegent, keep it disassembled for travel so a rough journey doesn't snap the head off at the threads.

I use the ATT case, which allows me to break down a three piece. I generally travel with a Weber or an ATT R2.
