Anyone seen this thing? The Shavernator - a new crazy "DE" razor.

I found this today and can't believe this thing exists. http://www.shavernator.com/buypagev0v0.html

It is a giant plastic (3D printed I believe) DE razor that uses two safety razors in the head. I would just be scared to put it to my face honestly.

I think this should be mandatory for a new wet shaver

I can't wait to never buy that razor.

I would rather have this one for about $6 a Weishi plastic version.

It's not cheap for a plastic razor.

Has anyone actually used one ?

What is the verdict ?

If I can find a better picture of the razor than the ones on the website then I may give it a shot. It's a really good idea IMO and I've actually thought about this design myself in the past except my idea had the blades pre angled so that the handle or razor could be held 100% vertical maybe this razor is like that as well. 2 DE blades sounds good to me just with the grain passes only.

doesn't seem to be any better than my safety razors....
same results in one pass...

In this part of the world a straight razor is often referred to as a 'Sweeney Todd''.
I always think that's not very confidence inspiring.

I looks like a Flintstones razor or something made from Duplos.

I started shaving with DE razors mainly to have the choice whether I wanted one, two, three blades/passes over my face. This is not a step forward for me. Plus it must be really easy to go around your jaw or chin with this thing.
