Modular strop

I recently decided to purchase a straight razor and wanted to get a strop. I read on line about the modular strop made by Straight Razor Designs and decided that was for me. It wasn't a mistake. The strop is very ingenious. The different leathers and fabrics are easily changed because they are held on by magnet sheeting. I have never stropped a razor and this made it very easy. The paddle doesn't move. The razors stays flat which makes it easier to get a great edge on the razor. It can be taken with you when traveling. My first attempt made the razor shave ready as if I have been doing it for years. It also comes with diamond spray for fine tuning the razor. Lynn, at Straight Razor was wonderful and very supportive. Made this much easier. That and his videos help people like me get it right and enjoy the process. He is my go to guy for future purchases.
