Minced meat is one of the cheapest source of meat. I know you don't always know what's in there but it's safe to say that you won't pay a pit and can find something decent most of the time

My local next door store sells minced turkey for really cheap. What can I do?

I though of a pasta dish with turkey meatballs or Mac and cheese and turkey. What else?

Which spices blend well with turkey?

The term minced for me means ground. Yes, I have used ground turkey for lots of things. Meat loaf, burgers, spaghetti sauce, meat balls. Pretty much anywhere ground beef is used. Actually I like ground turkey and its uses more than roasted turkey. I like all the traditional spices with ground turkey. Turkey chili is a good example. I've used all the spices used in chili like garlic, chili powder, onion, Mexican oregano, and cumin. For the last 10 years we've used ground turkey in our spaghetti sauce. The only difference between the two is the type of meat.
