My next synthetic brush?

A question for the brush aficionados. Here's my current collection. I have one slot left.

In no particular order:
Plisson red
Plisson Cade
Wolf Whiskers w/ Plisson knot
Whipped Dog synthetic
Omega Hi Brush Barber Pole
I normally face lather creams, occasionally bowl lather soaps.
I prefer a 22-24mm knot and a big handle.
So while I love all of them and they are part of my rotation, which synthetic brush am I missing? What would you fill the slot with?

Edwin Jagger XL

EJ gets high marks, the Muhle is a nice brush too.

Obviously, you need a Muhle STFv2 in 23mm - just so you can compare it to the plisson and whipped dog knots.
Then, you need a TGN so you compare that too - I'd ditch the omega to make room in the rack

Try an Omega S synthetic

Just got a Muhle Kosmo 21mm in bog oak its really nice. Its my first synthetic so I can't comment on the others but the tips are ultra soft and the brush still has quite a bit of backbone. It creates a rich lather with creams and it seems you own all of the others I would go for the Muhle or Edwin Jagger the knots should be the same ones.

I would say as others said here, you need a Muhle STF in a 23mm knot. Right in the range you like. I own a 25mm and a 23mm and I love them both. My favorites.

+1 Edwin Jagger XL. It's huge, and spins up a lather as well as my Simpson badgers, Semogue boars and Vie Long horse. Love it. I use it often, including when I forget to soak a brush before I step into the shower.

Another vote for the EJ XL - outstanding brush.

2nd would be Muhle 23mm V2.

Just got my Muhle XL and it's great. Bowl and face lathers like a beast...

Omega S synthetic brush. Softness of a syn backbone of a boar.

Ron - I own an EJ XL and an EJ 21mm. I find the XL luxurious but a bit too big. I find the 21mm nice, but a bit wimpy. Should I go with the 23MM?

The iconic Simpson Chubby 2 is now available in a synthetic knot.

Its currently a Limited Edition and is only available directly from Simpson, but they claim it will go into regular production soon.

Yes, the 23mm was my favorite. The 25mm XL does take some getting use to. I love them both.
