I'm Sick Food Recipe

Eggs Benedict with a side of fruit salad. It's probably not the most nutritious meal, but it tastes so good it helps shift the sickness to the back of the mind.

On a more practical note, for beverages I find that a mug of hot water with 2 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and a shake of cayenne pepper really helps clear the sinuses and sooth the throat. For nausea, mint tea with little or no sugar and no milk is good, and for pain, chamomile tea with honey.

Sick it is a cup of chicken stock 1/2 cup of water and a package of Ramon noodles. Fresh Orange Juice and good cold water.
