MTailor is an interesting approach for getting a custom shirt made. Apparently it uses your mobile device's camera to take a series of photos and a video of your body to calculate the relative length of your arms, chest size, etc. and then once you tell it your height it is able to calculate all the dimensions needed for your custom tailored shirt.
