Brunch: Eastside - gin (Hendrick's), cucumber, lime, mint.
Lunch: Nergroni - one part gin, one part red vermouth, and one part Campari.
Apéritif: French 75 - gin, champagne, lemon juice, simple syrup.
After Dinner: Decent Martini- 1 part white vermouth (open less than a week and refrigerated), 4 parts gin, orange bitters, lemon zest garnish, stirred.
I'll occasionally have Tom Collins w/ mint in the summer.
Try a gin sour- great on a hot summer day. A gin buck- Moscow Mule's Daddy is wonderful-especially with homemade ginger beer. Gin Bloody Mary is the only way I want one. People really miss out on gin in cocktails.

I've only started drinking this particular Gin after years of enjoying Kirkland Vodka. I really like it with just tonic, lots of botanicals with this one.
