Last night - local brew called Olde Mecklendurg Copper.

Yesterday was a Fuller's ESB. This afternoon for the football game is the last of my homebrewed honey saisson. Tonight with dinner (ribs) will be an oak aged homebrew porter.

Went to the symphony last night and went to a restaurant in downtown Nashville called "The Southerner." Had a dish made from in house produced country sausage over white beans. The dish screamed beer so I ordered an IPA from a brewery in Alabama that I've never heard of or tried called "Singing River" I really liked it.

If you get a chance to try "Singing River IPA" you should. Good stuff.

Last night was Shorts Good Humans

A new micro brewery is in operation here in Murfreesboro. BJ's Brewhouse. They brew the beer in Texas and ship it up here in TN. I had their Hefeweizen with lunch.

Cold day today. Had a homebrewed (m)Oktoberfest earlier and enjoying a Gulden Draak now

Going to my local brewery, Copper Kettle, Denver, this afternoon for a taste (or two) of this year's release of "Snowed In" It is a bourbon barrel aged imperial oatmeal stout, brewed with coffee and cocoa nibs.
