Barbery Coast Bay Rum - at $1,152 per gallon?

I was thinking of trying some bay rum aftershave and I ran across this "sale" on Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=1970559082&pf_rd_i=desktop

The advertisement is for a bottle of Barberry Coast Bay Rum on sale for $36 (list price $52). I took a look at the pic and it was for a 4oz bottle.

At 128 ounces in a gallon...that would mean that this stuff is selling for $1,152 per gallon....

128 ounces in a gallon divided by 4 = 32 times $36 => $1,152 at the SALE price.

Is this stuff worth it?

(I was a bit taken aback at the price....I'm thinking of operating a bay rum distillery out of my garage as a side business at that price point).

I have paid $40 for 100mL of both AoS Sandalwood, and TOBS Eton College. That works out to even more, at $1,514/gal.
