Best meatloaf I've ever had was also Bison. It was at the Schlafly Brewery in St. Louis. I wish I could duplicate it.

I had a meatloaf today made with no ketchup. My sister used egg, cream of broccoli and beef onion mix. It was good, but even better once I put my Habanero sauce on it.
That's so right.
My sisters both tried my sauce and had the same reaction- "ooh, that's good, (several seconds later) ooh, that's hot". One did say it opened her sinuses
