Old Blade Needs some input

So this is is my first post to this site. I found this site when I was looking everywhere to find out about this blade, but I had no luck in finding any info on it. On the box is say "Extra Hollow Ground Fully Warranted". It is a very old blade that belonged to my grandfather. On the neck between the blade and handle on one side it says Hoffa&Co Philadelphia PA. and on the other side it says Perfection in big letters and Made In Germany in small letters. I found a similar blade to this fore it has the same exact handle but the writing on the neck is different and the color of the handle was white. It was an Extra Hollow Ground by Keene Cutlery. I do not know whether I posted this in the correct section or not but I need help I am so curious about this blade whether its just some really old cheap razor or some kind of rare vintage razor. I do have photos so please if you see the photos and you know anything about it please let me know!

It is a nice old razor.

Get it honed and start shaving!

Even if it IS a cheap old razor, it is rare in that few people have one that belonged to their grandfather.

That is cool to have your grandfather's razor. German steel is well regarded and while that is not a high-end razor, it was your grandfather's daily shaver and thus priceless.

And I would suspect that this is the same German maker who subcontracted for the Quaker city Co. Out of quaker city pa. And for several other tool and cutlery shops. The bevels on the neck are exactly like the ones on my quaker city. Anyone who wanted a razor in their name would order them from one of the bigger names with their brand stamped into it. I tried digging into the history of quaker city but I could not find out who they bought them from I will add your info to my hunt it might help. I will post here if I find more. All that stated it looks like it will be a good shave hone it and use it.
