Eggs Benedict is easy, I just went too heavy on the butter this time. You can do it, and the egg poaching pan is a cheap buy. It is also good for making homemade egg mc muffins
This does not compete with anything here but it's comfort food for me. Curry sausages.

Works for me. I like that you put raisins in it as well.
The raisins are a great addition, you just need to cook them long enough to go soft.

Curry night Saturday night. Chicken cardamom, rogan josh and an attempt at ghobi Balti - needed more tomato.
Ready made sauces here are crazy prices so all from scratch.
