Wow, 7 years, that's a lot of GOOD 'que.
I've crossed a few things off my "must grill/smoke list" over the last couple years because of these threads.
This year, I am going to make an effort to cook the following on the BBQ:
- Pizza on the ceramic (everything from scratch)
- Smoke my own bacon
- Spatchcock chicken
- Beercan chicken
- Deserts...lots of Deserts
It's a mix of Sweet Thai Chili sauce, and a hot sauce ( I used some Huffman's & FD Deadly), brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and lime.Chili lime sounds interesting.
That is one serious BBQ Marty.
