First DE wetshave

First off, thanks to everyone for the info.
I had no idea that blade angle was so important.
I am happy to report that my first DE wetshave was darn near perfect in the way that I didn't cut or nick myself.
for those interested, i'm using Proraso cream and a '57 Gillette SS blue tip.
In a few weeks i'm going to get a proper Badger brush. mine's Boar (i think).

For anyone else who is new to this, let me say this: there truly is a zen art to shaving. now i only wish my beard would grow faster so I can shave more often.

thanks again everyone.
