Was it just creatine or a pre workout supplement? I've never heard of the itching with creatine, but lots of preworkouts contain beta-alanine, which can cause an itchy sensation.
I'm starting today with a creatine monohydrate. 5 grams a day. Excited to see what it can do for me!
