Homemade DE Razor Travel Case

I thought I would share a pic of my homemade travel case. It's simple and functional. I used a soap container with some foam. I cut out spaces in the foam for a razor and some blades. When I give the closed container a good shake, the razor and blades stay put. The razor is a MTO. So if it gets lost in travel ... no big deal. If I lost my '66 Slim, I would have to go into a week's worth of mourning. The blades are from CVS (rebranded Personnas).

That's the way to do it. No need to resort to a cart just for travel. What about your soap and brush?

Right now my two Parkers are sitting in a case normally tasked for eyeglasses. No foam yet, but that is just a trip to the Dollar store.

it takes some looking but i found some orignal cases to carry on trips.

Looks good, I hope it works for you! I tried and the soap dish cracked (razor was fine) on my first trip. Now I put it in an eyeglass case.

I use a soap case, no foam. The razor, blades, and styptic fit and I carry my soap and brush separately. I should get some foam though, very good idea.

For those that haven't seen it before, an altoids tin works very well for smaller 3 piece razors like a NEW.
