Trac 2 handle?

Hi I live in winnipeg and I am looking for a handle for a Trac 2 razor. I can get the blades easily but I have had no luck finding a handle. Does anyone know where I might be able to track down a handle in winnipeg? Thanks.

What I heard is that the new handles are very light. I have the handle that belonged to my dad, but otherwise I would probably look for a 3rd party handle.

i got swmbo an old spice t2 handle off the bay.they are still out there and are made of solid brass.

There is also a razor out there called the Bump Fighter. You can get it in most stores in the US, that handle fits a trac 2 perfect.

My favorite Trac II handle is by Merkur, sold in the USA by Classic Shaving. (They ship internationally, as well.) I appreciate the one-piece construction, balance, weight, and looks. They have gotten pretty spendy, though. When I bought mine a few years ago, they were selling for half the price. I guess everybody else figured out how good they are. They're still worth it, though, if you really like Trac II carts. With no moving parts to wear out, the handle should last half past forever.

Here are three Trac II handles at Fendrihan.com. Its a Canadian company that I've been getting my stuff from and I
find them very good to deal with.

MOST Dollarama's have them. Or, I did see in Bed Bath & Beyond a little travel set of nail clippers, scissors and such, that came with a plastic and metal, almost original looking TracII.

Do a search for "Gillette G2" on E-Bay. You'll find Trac 2 compatible handles starting at $7.99 with free shipping.

As the others have said, i've seen some on Amazon and Ebay. I looked for the "Bump Fighter" and my local Wal-Mart and various drug stores, but had no luck. I've read some prefer the weight compared to other Trac II handles.

I also still use the Trac II. I have a couple of difficult areas where some of my razors simply don't work well, and the Trac II works perfectly. There are always a number of Trac II's, complete units, handles and new foreign manufactured units on eBay. You can also buy Excellent Personna blades in bulk packs of 100 for around $17.00.
