Mysterious test item on wcs!

Hey guys so i went on WCS and saw this mysterious test item.. its 10 dollars but has no image or description.. what do you think it is?? it can come in the color of red or blue..

Looks like a test item to me. As in a test of the webpage, not a mystery product they are selling.

I tried for the heck of it, could get it to quote shipping cost but can't get it to go to cart.
