I know! I watch those russian car crash videos on YouTube.I think everyone in Russia has a dash mounted camera.
Due to the large amount of insurance fraud. People will reverse into you to then claim you rammed them, hence everyone having a camera.I think everyone in Russia has a dash mounted camera.

The two gentlemen in the video car are trying to make plans for some unspecified event, a pretty mundane coversation. The one doing most of the talking is busy with work until Saturday, so he proposes Sunday, but then remembers that Sunday is the last day to vote in some type of election, so that won't work either. From the sound of it, skipping the vote is not an option, which is typical for a modern, free and Democratic society, like Russia has evolved to be. It September 15th of an unspecified year.
At this point, the small pickup overtakes the van and both stop. As the man approaches the van, both of our narrators seem confused and slightly interested. They are as surprised and delighted as everyone of us when the furbees attack and are happy that they have a camera. There is never a second of thought to come to the guys rescue. As they drive buy, at the end, they thank the beaten victim for the entertainment and "waking" them up.
BTW-THE dash cam is a necessity in modern Russia. Automobile insurance while technically required, is expensive and often either inadequate policies are purchased or dropped altogether. Get stopped without insurance, it's cheaper to buy off the cop than pay for a policy. But the scam of other motorists finding your expensive, new car, pulling in front of you, stopping short, causing a rear end collision, and suing for damages is also pretty common. The dash cam provides some protection in such instances.
Shortly after Apartheid ended in South Africa, crime rates and especially, car jacking sky rocketed. Nervous motorists were installing flame throwers under the sides of the cars to ward off would be offenders.

At least that is my understanding of it.
Glad to bring something to the table. I can also belch on demand, make your Lagavullin disappear and throw tantrums when I don't get a nap.
