Last night for dinner I made a salad with Spring greens, caramelized butternut squash, fresh gala apple and some grilled chicken with a light BBQ sauce.
it needed a dressing, but I couldn't figure out what. Something a bit savory maybe to offset the sweetness of the squash and apples? Any ideas? Idike to make it again and think a dressing would finish it nicely.
