What's your TOP favorite television shows? Let's find great TV to watch

Was just wondering how many shows am I not currently watching, simply cause I haven't heard of them. With so many countries/channels to choose shows from, it's really easy to not hear or not know of certain shows often and one can get lost in the TV land. So here's my list of my current favorite shows.

UK shows:

Vicious (2013) - Stars, Ian Mckellan and Derek Jacobi as a gay couple having been together for 48 years and it shows their lives along with their eclectic group of friends. (HILARIOUS SHOWWWW.. anyone who's gay, married, or has a weird group of friends will enjoy this).

24 hours in police custody (2012) - This is a reality police series, which focuses on the police efforts to be able to prove/charge suspects with their perspective crimes before 24 hours are up in which they will have to release the suspect. (great show, kind of reminds me of the First 48, without the murders.)

Sherlock (2012) - This of Sherlock Holmes stars Benedict Cumberbatch. It's based in modern day England, and follows him through some of England's worst cases as well an old rivalry with Moriarty. (similar to the American version Elementary.)

Law & Order: UK (2007) Absolutely love this show. I do like the american law and order but I favor the UK version as to me its more entertaining JMO.

Ripper Street (2013) Show based in the time of the, Jack the Ripper killings, follows the efforts of the Department H Police Unite to control crimes within White Chapel, England. (I just fell in love with this show, I can't explain why but I just cant stop watching)

Peaky Blinders (2013) Show about one of England's most dangerous and feared gangs in history, Starring Cillian Murphy in the lead role. (Cillian murphy was born to play villains. He's just amazing at what he does.)

Youngers (2012) Show following the lives of 3 musically talented teenagers seeking to make a name for themselves in the Hip Hop scene of South London.

US Shows:

Sleepy Hollow
The Flash
Arrow
Marvel: Agents of Shield
Two and a Half men
The Big Bang Theory
The Affair
Black Sails
DaVinci
Marco Polo
Orange is the new Black
Anger Management
How to get away with Murder
The First 48
Scorpion
The Blacklist
Grimm
Gotham
Elementary
Power

Sorry for not detailing the american shows list.. was just far too much to do! LOL So gent's, What's you're favorite Television shows?

You'll have to stream these . . .
The Shield
Breaking Bad
Sports Night
The West Wing (these last two from when Sorkin knew what the hell he was doing)
All in the Family
Monty Python's Flying Circus
Fawlty Towers
Game of Thrones
The Prisoner (the original series, not that god awful remake)
MASH

These are all shows that I have seen every episode and that stand up in terms of quality writing/humour/acting.

Dr. Who died for me when Tom Baker left the show.

Pretty Pink Fairy Princess.
In my opinion Deadwood is the best HBO series ever. You should check it out OP, it's only 3 seasons long. And Curb Your Enthusiasm is also one of my all time favorites.
Near tossup between Rome and Deadwood, with Rome in the lead by a hair
