Greetings, Everyone!

So the ol' wifey thinks I already have too much shaving "stuff." Please help me prove to her that I don't by posting some pics of your shave dens that I can later share with her!! Let's show her how much "stuff" I should really have.

Help me out here, boys. I don't need a lot of pics, just a few to get the point across!!

Well, I have something like 30+ razors (I can't really count them all without losing track of which ones I've counted

) and more than a dozen soaps and creams.

I'd take a picture of it for you, but putting it all in one place would be too much work!

You can probably go dig around the gallery and score sections and get some photos from there. I know I've seen some mighty big collections and stashes. Isn't Joel rumored to have a collection worth north of $10k?

dude, its better off if she things its a quirk or a hobby, if she finds out what wetshaving is really about, you might find her using your razor, your creams and your soaps,

Going down this road is similar to your child needing particular clothes or footwear because all of the other kids have it (supposedly). Or, a child telling the parent they need to go somewhere or stay out until a particular time because all of the other kids or doing it.
There is another approach! Help your wife appreciate the benefits of your new hobby. On a weekend night:
- massage her legs with oil
- apply hot towels to alternate legs
- lather her legs up and have them (and anything else she is willing to have shaved)
- apply more hot towels
- apply balm or more massage oil (something with shea butter is always nice)
- massage her feet, her hands, her arms, her shoulders, her back, her legs, her feet

You may be surprise with the change in attitude...

Try it! She'll like it and you may be surprised at how much you like it.

I got a half dozen or so straights, a paddle strop, a hanging strop, and a bunch of blades since these were taken. Also, my brushes aren't pictured.

If your wife is anything like my mom is, she'll see the bigger dens and say "THIS IS WHAT YOURS WILL TURN INTO IF YOU DON'T CUT IT OUT. YOU'RE SICK. SICK! YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! YOU'RE GOING TO END UP LIKE GRANDMA!"

But really, for every one thing you buy for yourself, make sure you buy her something to, if not shaving soap, some nice bath soap or body splash, etc. She needs to be pampered too....

Here you go my freind. This is all my Gillette razors. I could not fit the other brands I have nor could I fit all the soaps creams and brushes.

I may as well throw these 3 shots out there. Since this there are 4 more razors, and a whole bunch of new creams and soaps and samples. What I have committed to in trades this month should add about half again to that stock when it all arrives. We're gonna need a bigger cupboard...

Sir it does not work that way... What you will achieve is that she will prohibit you from visiting B&B (any loving wife should). What you need to do is show her her cosmetics, shoes, manicures and pedicure expenses, how much does she pay for a hair cut, etc, etc, etc.
