A Spyderco Sharpmaker works very well for keeping kitchen knives very sharp. I have a piece of crap $3 Ikea chef's knife that I love to use. I sharpen it up every couple of weeks and it's great.

I'm standing pat at 3 Fedoras (one of which is in my Avatar).
Quite happy with one watch.
Never saw the need for more than 4 kinds of cheese (cheddar, chevre, jarlsberg & a blue of some sort)
But I'm gonna have to watch the camera thing -- just got dragged kicking & screaming into the 21st century with this. Clearly, I'm gonna need some Pentax lenses now ... .
