Heavy, Regular, Light

Can anyone inform me the years that the flare tip case had heavy, regular, and light molded into the case lid? I know some years the lid was plain with a paper insert with the razor noting heavy, regular, and light. I am a new collector and want to make sure the cases I have match the razor year....thanks
