Not sure on the Ted Pella, and when I looked I don't have any anyway.

But maybe someone can chime in so at least we will know if they are SS or Carbon

The Ted Pella GEM blades come in both SS and CS according to their website. So Blue Star it is then. I've received your PM and should have everything in the mail tomorrow.
