Patrick Camara custom brush-Amboyna burl

I just received this brush from Patrick and I am in love! The brush and handle together are 5 1/4" tall. The Badger brush is 2 1/4" wide and 2 1/2" tall. It is a 24 mm silvertip. Very soft, not floppy at all and lathers like a dream with creams and soaps.

I particularly like the two tone of the burl, making it truly one of a kind. I think this may be the perfect brush for me, but the SBAD is getting bad. Especially the custom ones at such great prices. I think I may be the first on the board to get one from Patrick, so if you have any questions or would like more photos, fire away.

Greg... I can see why you have such adoration for this custom piece. It is unique and beautiful...Enjoy it... That is the kind of an item that you can build a classy Shave Den around.

Check out PC woodwork and pens on the bay. There are a few stone and wood ones similar to mine for sale. Take a look at some of the past sales, those Paela burl brushes were gorgeous. I am pretty sure Iwill be ordering a nice pen in the future too.

kinda off topic but whats a Hoosier??? the only Hoosier I know is a drag racing tire company... Do you make drag tires??? wanna send me some???

A Hoosier is someone from the state of Indiana. I don't think anyone really knows what the Hell it means. I have heard several explanations over the years, but none are concrete. Sorry, no tires here!
