SOTD "Pet" Theme Week 17-23 November 2014

Gentlemen,

Welcome to the new week. As I suspected, the "Pet" theme presented its share of challenges. Luckily, with the help of my wife, I managed to get a shot of today's shave gear with our dog, Jack. I'm not sure the cat will be as accommodating. Next week, I'm planning on a "Giving Thanks" week, where we can show the gear we're most thankful for.

By special request from Celestino, I finally took a SOTD pic. Razor is a Dixie mfg. rehandled in smoke acrylic with red wedge and copper pins by me.

I've realized that the sharpest blades are that of our cats on Picture day with about 6 nicks and 5 weepers :w00t:

. So this will require some "experimentation" this week

First time using Arko. I now get what many say about the smell. Smells like a local laundry soap here simply called Soda soap. Both get their jobs done very well, with no artisanal bells and whistles.
