I Hate Big watches

I dont know sometimes I like a big watch but not as much as Flavor Flav likes his

but if I have to be hands on with things, I.E. at work, then I cant stand having them on my wrists, I used to only carry a pocket watch because of this. So im mostly a cellphone guy myself, the only wrist watch I wear is a seiko Jason sent me, which isnt working now,... Ill have to check with his warranty department on that lol

Is it a watch or a mini difference engine?

Never wear a watch that looks smarter than you are.

The objective is to wear a watch, not a remote control for a UAV.

If your watch requires print on the face to be understood, you're doing it wrong.

Watch, or old fashioned adding machine?

A no-no for anyone over 13 years old

No real need, EVER, to wear a miniature transmission on your wrist.

You are not James Bond, I am not James Bond, not even James Bond is THIS James Bond.

Complete with "watch knuckles" in case you get in a fight. NO ONE needs all these controls for a time piece.

This is okay, if you're an extra in a gladiator movie.

Nothing says "I'm a stoner" better.

This watch serves as a weight so you an work out every time you move your arm.

These watches will make me ask if the woman you are escorting charges by the hour, or just by the job.

As big and feature packed as is EVER necessary while preserving a refined look.

My two go-to watches are 41mm and 44mm respectively. I prefer bigger watches but not too big. BTW I would take that blinged out Daytona a couple of posts up in a heartbeat (would sell it and buy a Patek Philippe though).

My one buddy likes the Panerai watches. Those things are huge. you could use them like Captain America's shield. It looks big even on Jason Statham.

Keep in mind he's only 5'10 - my woman dwarfs him.

I used to be in the "who needs a watch over 40mm" camp until I bought a 42MM Rolex Explorer II. I love how easy it is to read due to its size, it fits me much better than smaller watches and I like the feel of the size/weight. For dress watches and such, I think they're too large/chunky and I like a small, thin watch for that - but daily wear? Give me a 40-44MM.

Its funny to see how the trend has changed too. One of my late grandfather's old watches is about the size most people would consider a womans watch now. I have small skinny wrists, so those huge monsters just look dumb on me.

Same here. I tried this one on for giggles. Big watches just look like a coaster to me.

Although I do understand what you mean, what do you consider too big ? I can pull off a 44-47 mm watch easily, a 36 looks like a womans watch on my wrist.

+1
I have big arms and after trying various vintage watches, I saw they looked tiny and feminine. Now I only wear Komandirskies for vintage because they're fairly large, and modern large manly watches.

It went out as soon as I put it in the box. Lol, I wondered where the hell that watch went, I forget things at an alarming rate these days. Should just need a battery, it's had the same one for 3 years at least.
