    Default Is there anyone out there...

    ...who has found that Merkur razors (any of them) are too aggressive for them, but that Gillettes (i.e., Super Speed) are just right?

    I think this might be my case...just got a '47 SS and got a very smooth shave with no irritation, which has been very hard for me to achieve from my Merkurs on a consistent basis. It may be beginners luck with the SS, but just maybe it was the razor I needed for my skin?
