filling system, similar to the edison Menlo pen

i like the way the edison menlo pump fills, are there any other pens that fill the same. i am sure there are vintage ones. are there current ones that are not that expensive. i know there worth it but i dont have 400$ for a pen right now.

I dont believe there are any other modern pens that use it, and if there were, I would imagine they wouldnt come cheap either. you would have to luck out on a vintage parker of some kind, there is a 51 with that style fill, and also the parker Vac

Not "the same" filling mechanism, but you can get a Noodler's Konrad piston filler for $20 ... could "scratch the itch" for a non-c/c pen while you save your pennies.

TWSBI vac700 fills the same way (vacuum fill?) i think... the plunger does not go back automatically though.. you would need to push it back in place after pulling it... oh wait.. the menlo fills the other way around. meh. close enough eh?
