"Best shot" among Canadian teams probably the Habs. Not that they have a particularly "good" shot, but ... they're the biggest fish in a rather small pond. I think this year will be more of a "transition" year as they put more on the shoulders of some young guys and let them "grow into" those bigger roles.

The "dark horse" for Canadian teams, for me, is Vancouver. They have two forwards and a goalie who, a few seasons ago, were among the best in the NHL ... and who for "reasons" were not there last season. If Miller & the Sedins can have a great season, then good things can happen.

3-0 start, and 13 goals scored by the Devils so far! Tonight is another big test in the Capitals.
