Occasionally or often in my life I've been involved in stressful situations that last for months. I'm more of a coffee drinker than a tea drinker but I've found stepping back with a cup of tea and putting on sounds of nature (Dan Gibson) or other music helps me focus on what needs to be done.
My question to you is. . . if you were putting together a box for your own use or a box you would give to a friend who was going through a stressful situation . . . what would you include?
