For quite a while I have wanted to try an OC. Since I am on a bit of a budget I have been on the lookout at antique stores, garage sales, and junk stores. Last weekend I came across this razor. Its a a gold ball end Canadian Gillette OC......hats all I know about it. I don't know the year or anything like that. What I do know is that this razor shaves wonderfully. My wife felt my face and said that it was the softest closest shave I have ever had. Pretty high praise from someone whom is no longer excited about my close shaves, and tired of smelling my soaps. I was amazed at the ease at which this razor shaved. This may actually unseat my iKon Slant as my top shaver!!

About six months or more since I played with the light box and processed any film. I have a small backlog of film to work through. The cooler months are when I hide in the basement in the dark with dangerous chemicals and my office with the scanner and light box. The temps are steadily falling. Processing season is nigh.

I also have about 1,000 digital negatives to play with from summer vacation.

Printing is somewhere in the future -- probably in the dead of winter.
