Oh crap...i didnt stop...lol. horses aren't treated much better... : (
In case you aren't aware of this, horse hair has to be trimmed from time to time. It's a totally harmless procedure.

I am not a vegan or anything like that..i love meat...but i prefer organic, cage free, grass fed, etc. and would prefer to know that the animal wasnt abused. animal conditions are important to me...kill it first humanely, use all of it, and them i will wear it/ use it. Its like donating your organs vs. Getting drugged and having them taken.....lol

I kinda thought that badgers & boars shedded! Then a badger or boar keeper just cleaned out their cage.
From what I read somewhere, badgers in China are an agricultural pest, tearing through the cabbage crop especially. So they are trapped and eaten, with the hair being collected as a side product for sale.
I have no opinion on whether or not this is cruel treatment of badgers.
