RR “The Freedberg” today. Great lather! Great scent! As expected, along with the Gillette Silver Blue and the NEW SC, I got an excellent smooth, close, and nick free shave. I finished with Fine Platinum.

SoTD 2014.08.25 - Fougere from the Garden

Ginger's Garden Fougere w/ Pav synth
Mergress w/ Silver Blue
B&M Kyovu aftershave

First time w/ a Ginger's Garden soap - very nice lather and performance and I really like the fougere scent. Well done! It's been a while since I used the Mergress and it's been sitting there staring at me, so I thought I'd take it for a spin. I forgot how good a razor this one is. The Kyovu aftershave is interesting - it's a little thicker than a splash, but not quite a gel. Nice face feel and an pleasant scent. I'll use up my sample and see if I'm tempted to pick up a full bottle - knocking the Floid AS stuff off as my preferred post-product ain't easy.
