Stirling Soap and Cologne together.do they clash?

Has anyone tried using Stirling Soap, or any of the other strong scented natural soaps with a cologne? i think it clashed with every cologne that i tried.

has anyone had any experience with this?

My experience has been that shaving soap or cream doesn't really contribute anything to the mix. I wash my face with warm water after I shave in order to get rid of any lather residue; after that, I rinse with a couple of splashes of cold water. That clears up all but the faintest trace of any soap.

I agree. Soap scents don't tend to linger, but AS is another story.....
