Catchiest Guitar Riffs

The Little Boy Blues, "I Can Only Give You Everything." Hard to escape this one, as it's repeated endlessly, and some pretty groovy go-go dancing as well. Better than Them's original version...

Townes Van Zandt - Lungs (look it up. Oldie but a goodie)
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust
White Stripes - Jolene, Dead Leaves on the Dirty Ground (okay...basically anything by the white stripes)
RHCP - Otherside
Alexi Murdoch - Breathe
So many more....so little time

Reading through this thread I have the stupid little guitar riff to Frank Zappas "Joe"s Garage" stuck in my head.

It was all we knew, and easy too. So we wouldn't get it wrong even if you played it on a saxophone.

Don Felder: Intro to Hotel California (Eagles)

ACDC Intro "it's a Long Way To The Top If You Want To Rock & Roll"

I've got to put in a vote for the late great Les Paul.

listen to any of his early stuff. It's not a riff in the Rock&Roll sense but
that man was the absolute master of the fretboard. I heard him live frequently when I lived in New York.
He would boggle your mind and take away your breath away all at once. A true guitarists guitarist.

Gotta go with the Rasberries, Go all the Way, keeps getting stuck in my head since I saw Guardians of the Galaxy. Very simple riff and the rest of the song kind stinks but dang the riff is catchy.
