What's your favorite below-5$ shaving acquisition?

Gents,

I just left the WCS website knowing I'll place an order for a shave stick holder very soon. At that price I may pick up a few.

I've collected some pricy things shaving, but some of the cheapo solutions (rubber bands instead of brush holder; ashtray to put a razor down in; cheap vintage glasses for aftershaves, e.t.c.) have actually stuck with me. They've made shaving a complete deal. The finishing "touch" at certain times.

My favorites include an alum block,
Arko, cheap lather bowls; cheap towels...

What's your favorite inexpensive purchase?

3.75 spent about three hours ago. I'm batting .1000 at this antiquities joint. Best part is it's a mile from my house.

Dollar Store AS are actually pretty good and you can also get Real Saving Company creams for $3 there at times. That's a great deal for a cream that is really very good.

My dad's 1958 Toggle, Red Tip, and Tech - free and priceless.

Close second is my lathering bowl. It's a sugar bowl from a thrift store and cost 62 cents.

Schick I2 hydromagic injector razor in terrific condition on Ebay, 5-3-14.
Price: $3.26
If I add shipping at $1.93, it brings the total to $5.19; Close enough?

NOS Double Ring.
Happened last night ... this morning I went to check my collection but it wasn't there.

I think it was all a dream ...

Definitely my Dollar Tree Salsa bowl. I always face lathered, but picked up these 2/$1 bowls after seeing them recommended on B&B. Now, I am a bowl lathering addict, smashing my Arko into plastic containers, and making practice lathers in my spare time.
