My Quest-The Winter Hat

Looking for the perfect winter hat to handle Central New York winters with a touch of style. I am looking for something with a brim, baseball or cadet style. Preferably wool or fur. No Elmer Fudds, trappers, cossacks, beanies, Stormy Kromers®; and the like. Price range is wide open. Thanks in advance.

EDT: Ear flaps are essential but they must be tuck-away.

The great thing about bowlers/derbies is that you can dress 'em up or dress 'em down. And, they look great with a down coat in the snow. I regularly get compliments on mine (it's a Christy's.)
