SOTD "Mentholated Splashes" Theme Week 11-17 August 2014

Gentlemen,

To beat the summer heat, it's time to break out your most shiver inducing aftershave splashes. I'm going with the cheap drugstore classic, Barbasol Pacific Rush. I don't think I've tried another aftershave near its price that performs as well.

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

I followed the RR Classic with Cella today to compare them. Most people would not pass a “Blind Shave Test” between the two. The RR Classic is a bit softer than Cella. They both produce very similar top quality thick, cushioning lather. The Red Tip and Platinum certainly did their part again. Great smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Fine American Blend.
