Question Hall of Fame & Profile Link

    Mods,

Would there be anyway to link members' Hall of Fame entry to his profile?

I think it would be a useful feature that would help everyone get to know each other even better.

I would guess that a Hall of Fame entry typicall only gets read when it is first posted.

    Just an idea.

Yeah, that is a really good idea,Aaron... I know that from time to time I'll check a profile if somebody posts something interesting... but I rarely (if ever) check their Hall of Fame post...

Thanks for looking into it, Nick.

    I love this idea!

One of the downsides of the automatic thread generation for the Hall of Fame is that you can't edit the post afterwards anymore. So for example in my situation I will have a complete new setup within the next 2 weeks, yet I can't update my HoF entry to remove my old setup.

I do know that if you update your HoF entry that alot of the posted messages are not applicable anymore. I know that there's plenty of other opportunities to place your favorite setup (details about yourself on your profile page, signature etc, ...).

Just giving my feedback, nothing more.

This does seem to be the easiest way to do it.

I'm 'resurrecting' this thread just so it'll get a few more views to hopefully 'popularize' the idea!
